These terms and conditions govern the purchase of digital Windows 11 licences through the Win11.Shop online store and form part of the contract concluded between the seller and the customer.

The seller is the operator of the Win11.Shop online store. Winkey International Inc., with its registered office at 123 Barrack Road, Belize City, Belize.

2. Offer and conclusion of the contract
- Product information, price, supported edition and delivery method are shown for each product.
- Before submitting the order, the customer checks the selected product, price, currency and their contact and billing details.
- The order becomes binding when it is submitted through the checkout process and the required payment is completed.

3. Price and payment
- The current final price is shown in the checkout process before payment.
- Available payment methods are provided through the Stripe payment gateway and may vary by the customer's country, currency and device.
- After successful payment, the customer receives an electronic tax document for the purchase.
4. Electronic delivery of the digital licence
- The product is a digital licence key supplied without a physical medium.
- Once payment has been successfully received, the licence key is sent electronically to the email address provided with the order, usually automatically within a few minutes.
- The customer is responsible for providing the correct email address and for meeting the technical requirements of the relevant Windows 11 edition.
- Delivery may include installation or activation instructions and customer-support information.
5. Licence and use
- The licences sold are intended for the Windows 11 edition stated in the product name and description.
- The licence is intended for the number of devices stated for the product and must be used in accordance with the software manufacturer's applicable licence terms.
- Before purchasing, the customer must verify device compatibility and the correct operating-system edition.
6. Consumer right of withdrawal
As a general rule, a consumer entering into a distance contract has the right to withdraw within 14 days. For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, this right may be lost if performance has begun before the expiry of that period; the consumer thereby acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.
If the statutory conditions for the loss of the right of withdrawal are not met, the consumer retains their statutory rights.
7. Rights in the event of defective performance and complaints
- The seller is responsible for ensuring that the digital content supplied conforms to the contract and the agreed characteristics.
- If the licence key cannot be used correctly with the ordered product, the customer should contact support at info@win11.shop and provide the order number, the system edition used and a description of the problem.
- The seller will assess the complaint and provide a remedy to the extent required by applicable law, in particular correction of the defect, replacement performance, an appropriate discount or another suitable solution depending on the circumstances.
- Making a complaint does not affect the consumer's statutory rights.
8. Customer support
Questions about an order, delivery, invoice or activation can be sent to info@win11.shop. To help us find the order quickly, we recommend including the order number and the email address used for the purchase.
9. Final provisions
- The contractual relationship is governed by the law of the State of Belize, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.
- These terms and conditions do not restrict consumer rights arising from generally applicable law.
- The current version of the terms and conditions is published on this page.
